The Cedars Foundation was established in 1969 to run a Christian School in Rochester, The Cedars School. Since the school closed in November 2015 the purpose of the charity has widened to promote Christian education for adults as well as children.
The renewed charity runs a Christian Learning Centre in Medway where people can be equipped to love God and their neighbour as Jesus taught in the Bible. There are also opportunities to gain life skills for the benefit of the individual and society.
The Learning Centre at The Cedars Foundation supports
Learning with family
Learning for life
Learning through Bible study and prayer
The Foundation encourages discipleship and wellbeing as we work, learn and live together with resources for study and facilities to develop practical skills or be refreshed through meeting others or a time of quiet retreat.
